The Winter Newsletter is attached. The Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC) is a WCPSS-affiliated organization that provides direct support to parents and families of students with disabilities. It is a wonderful resource for our parents and families, as the organizational representatives have a wealth of knowledge regarding various topics within special education.
